1. Terms Of Services:
   

   This Buyanzi.com,User Agreement (the "User Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to your use of the Buyanzi.com web site. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THIS USER AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, please discontinue your use of the services.

   Buyanzi.com reserves the right to modify or amend this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. By accessing the Services and/or submitting any text, pictures or other content ("Content"), including without limitation, wedding web page, Buyanzi forum postings, personal blog, photo gallery, you signify your agreement to this User Agreement as it has been modified or amended.

2. Conduct Required for Use of the Services:

   It is a condition of your use of the Services that you do not: (i)post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent (including any nudity) information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law; (ii) post or transmit comments containing harassing or offensive language, including sexual references, sexual nicknames, racial slurs or rude or deliberately offensive comments. (iii)post copyrighted software that is distributed illegally, "mp3" files of copyrighted music, copyrighted photographs, text, video or artwork or use viruses, bots, worms or trojan horses; (iv) post or transmit any information, software or other material which violates or infringes the rights of others, including material which is an invasion of privacy or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner
   or right holder; (v) post or transmit any information, software or other material which contains a virus or other harmful component; (vi) post or transmit content that encourages or provides instructional activities about illegal activities including, but not limited to, hacking, cracking; (vii) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (viii) resell, redistribute or broadcast the information on Buyanzi.com. However, you are allowed to send links to information that's found on the site for purposes of referring others to view such content.

   You agree that you will not use the Services, including the information provided therein and all related equipment, networks and network devices for any unlawful purpose. Buyanzi, at its sole and absolute discretion, shall determine whether any information transmitted or received violates this provision.

   However, while all this is said and done, Buyanzi.com reserves the right of admission to membership and cannot be questioned if a decision to lock out a user is reached.

3. Age Limitation:
   
   Buyanzi.com only permits the use of its services to persons who are 18 years of age and above.
4. Veracity of Information:
   
   Users of Buyanzi.com are advised to verify any information that they get on the site e.g. From disucssion forums, advertisers etc. Buyanzi.com shall not be held liable for decisions made as a result of information obtained on the website.
5. Content
   
   Users should be aware that any content they post onto the site including, but not limited to photographs, wedding website details etc. is accessible to other users of the site. Some user content may also remain on Buyanzi's servers even after a user has deleted such content.
6. We are not responsible for Content posted by members:
   
   Buyanzi.com is not responsible for the Content posted by Buyanzi.com members or visitors on an area of our site. The opinions and views expressed by Buyanzi.com members or visitors do not necessarily represent those of Buyanzi.com and Buyanzi.com does not verify, endorse, or vouch for such content.

   If you believe that any of the content posted by our members or visitors violates your proprietary rights, including copyrights, please contact us with such details.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   
   Buyanzi.com makes no guarantee of availability of Services and reserve the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the Buyanzi.com Services. IN NO EVENT WILL Buyanzi BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, NDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE BUYANZI.COM'S SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT THEREON FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BUYANZI.COM'S REMOVAL OR DELETION OF ANY MATERIALS OR RECORDS SUBMITTED OR POSTED ON BUYANZI.COM'S SITE FOR ANY REASON. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, CAUSED; ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE; ERROR; OMISSION; INTERRUPTION; DELETION; DEFECT; DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION; COMPUTER VIRUS; FILE CORRUPTION; COMMUNICATION-LINE FAILURE; NETWORK OR SYSTEM OUTAGE; OR THEFT, DESTRUCTION, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF A RECORD.
8. Indemnification:
   
   You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Buyanzi.com, their affiliates, partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or accruing from (a) any material posted or otherwise provided by you that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent or other intellectual property right of any person or defames any person or violates their rights of publicity or privacy, (b) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of the Services; (c) any non-compliance by you with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement; and (d) claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to this User Agreement arising from or related to your access and use of the Services, including the information obtained through the Services.
9. Miscellaneous:
   
   The formation, construction and interpretation of this User Agreement shall be controlled by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any
   dispute relating to this User Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Kenya.

The headings used in this User Agreement are for convenience and reference purposes only, and shall not be used in construing or interpreting the scope or intent of this User Agreement or any provision hereof.
